We will by remote access:

1.     Provide a free half hour analysis of your existing QuickBooks.

2.     Give you an estimate of the time required to make adjustments or correcting entries.

Intermediate Program

We will by remote access:

1.     Perform a comprehensive analysis of all your current month's entries. 

2.     We will make any adjustments or correcting entries needed. 

3.     Reconcile your business checking account.

Advanced Program

We will by remote access:

1.     Provide you with your own copy of QuickBooks Pro.

2.     Install the software.

3.     Setup your chart of accounts.

4.     Perform a comprehensive analysis of all your current months entries.

5.     Perform an analysis of your QuickBooks payroll entries.   

6.     Plus we will reconcile your business checking account in QuickBooks.

7.     We will make any adjustments or correcting entries needed. 

Advanced Year End Close Out

We will by remote access:

1.     Reconcile all payroll reports.

2.     Prepare for printing all W2s and 1099s.

3.     Year end accounting close out and set up the new year.
